For most testing to be covered by insurance, a referral from a healthcare provider must be emailed to our office. Authorization is often necessary for testing coverage and will be completed by our staff prior to setting an appointment. When individuals prefer to pay cash, no authorization is necessary. However, referral information from a healthcare provider is greatly appreciated to help individualize evaluation of services. 

Dr. Zemansky can help you understand and choose the testing options that best fit your needs or those of your loved one. Appointments are available weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., with Saturdays scheduled as needed. An assessment requires approximately a two to three-hour session, which is usually completed in a morning or afternoon appointment. Interested individuals can leave their contact information on the confidential Z Psychology voicemail, which is checked regularly.
